
MOSCOW, July 15 President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov to the post of Deputy Prime Minister. The document is published on the Kremlin's website. «In accordance with paragraph «d» of Article 83 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, appoint Denis Valentinovich Manturov as Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation — Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation,» the decree says. It enters into force from the date of signing. Prior to this, Manturov's candidacy was approved by the State Duma. At the same time, the head of state dismissed Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov and appointed him director general of Roskosmos instead of Dmitry Rogozin. Another decree Putin made changes to the structure of the government — there were again ten deputy prime ministers. A few days ago, the President increased their number to 11 by introducing the post of Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Industry and Trade. The current Deputy Prime Ministers remain Yuri Trutnev, Tatyana Golikova, Andrei Belousov, Dmitry Chernyshenko, Marat Khusnullin, Victoria Abramchenko, Alexei Overchuk, Dmitry Grigorenko and Alexander Novak.
