Russian sports authorities at all levels must reorganize to current realities and make changes to laws as quickly as possible, said Irina Viner-Usmanova, president of the All-Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation (VFCG). In late February, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) recommended that international sports federations not allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to participate in competitions because for the situation in Ukraine.
