MOSCOW, July 20 Kirill Levnikov has been appointed chief referee of the second round match of the Russian Championship between Krasnodar and Spartak Moscow, according to the Telegram channel of the Russian Football Union (RFU). Assistants Andrei Vereteshkin and Rustam Mukhtarov will help Levnikov. Reserve referee — Dmitry Streltsov. Evgeny Kukulyak will be responsible for the video assistant referee (VAR) system, Nikolai Bogach has been appointed his assistant (AVAR).
