
MOSCOW, July 21 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Kirill Bogomolov Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo, the corresponding decree is published on the official Internet portal of legal information. «To appoint Bogomolov Kirill Sergeevich as deputy head of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation,» the text of the document says.
