MOSCOW, July 29 Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin dismissed Deputy Minister of Labor of Russia Alexei Sklyar, the corresponding order was published on the official Internet portal of legal information. «Release Alexei Valentinovich Sklyar from the post of Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation at his request,» the document says.
