MOSCOW, Aug 1 Tokyo Olympic cycling champion Matthew Walls crashed off the track at the Commonwealth Games competition in Birmingham (England). A massive accident occurred in the 15 km scratch qualification. Walls tried to avoid the collision at high speed, but lost control and flew over the barrier into the stands with spectators.
