The document, a copy of which is posted on the publication’s website, is dated August 6. The government accused FNDC participants of violent actions during prohibited demonstrations, attacks on people who do not share their ideology, as well as targeted actions against the forces of order. On September 5, 2021, the media reported on coup d'état in Guinea. Colonel Mamady Dumbua announced the dissolution of the government, the abolition of the constitution and the closure of the borders. The rebels detained the President of Guinea Alpha Conde and announced the introduction of a charter of the transitional period.
