MOSCOW, Aug 11 The World Boxing Association (WBA) has approved a mandatory fight for light heavyweight title between the champion Russian Dmitry Bivol and the mandatory contender Mexican Gilberto Ramirez, according to the official website of the organization. Bivol received a request for special permission to fight with Briton Joshua Buatsi, but the WBA, after careful study, refused to hold the fight, as , according to the rules, the champion must meet with the mandatory challenger.
