
MOSCOW, 27 Aug. Dutch Red Bull driver Max Verstappen set the best time in qualifying for the 14th round of Formula 1 — the Belgian Grand Prix, but due to a fine from the championship leader, Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz will start from first place .
Verstappen, who leads the drivers' standings, and Charles Leclerc, who is second on the grid at the Belgian Grand Prix, will receive penalties of 20 positions. Also places on the grid will lose another five pilots.
