
MOSCOW, Sep 1 Forward Maxim Barsov left Sochi, according to official Telegram channel of the football club. Barsov has been playing for Sochi since the club was founded (2018). On Wednesday, the 29-year-old forward played a farewell match for the team, entering the starting lineup for the away game of the first round of the Russian Cup group stage against Ural Yekaterinburg (0:2). In total, Barsov scored 53 matches for Sochi, in which he scored 23 goals and provided six assists. Last season, the football player became the owner of the silver medals of the Russian Championship.
