In a video message on his Telegram channel, Pushilin noted the use of prohibited warfare methods by Ukraine, such as shelling cities, remote mining of residential areas and parks anti-personnel mines «Petal» and all the new evidence of torture and mass graves that the units of the People's Militia of the DPR find in the liberated cities of the republic.The Zaporizhia authorities are ready to prove to the IAEA the nuclear terrorism of Kyiv «All these are prohibited methods of warfare, but this is precisely the real face of terrorism, the features of which have never changed … To counter organized terrorism, the largest center of which is the territory of Ukraine, we need joint efforts. Russia has accumulated vast experience in the fight against terrorism, and it shows that we must work primarily on pre-emption. High-explosive anti-personnel mine (PFM-1 ) «Petal» is designed to damage the legs and works when a person steps on it. It is installed on the ground by remote means of mining. It is almost an exact copy of the American mine BLU-43/B (Dragontooth). The DPR has repeatedly recorded the use of cluster munitions equipped with mines «Petal» by Ukrainian troops in the cities of the republic. According to the DPR, as of August 31, 58 residents of the cities of the republic were already affected by the operation of such mines. The Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the UN previously circulated a letter in the Security Council on the use of anti-personnel mines «Petal» by Kyiv against the civilian population in the Donbass. The letter was also sent to the UN Secretary General.
