MOSCOW, Sep 4 Cardiologist Anna Korenevich in her Telegram channel spoke about non-obvious symptoms that may indicate a heart attack. According to the specialist, in addition to the typical manifestations of acute myocardial infarction (burning or pressing pains in the heart area with recoil to the left shoulder blade, shoulder, arm or lower jaw), you can notice non-obvious signs that cannot be forget. The first of these symptoms is abdominal pain. Korenevich noted that a heart attack can mimic a picture of appendicitis, gastritis, stomach ulcers or poisoning. This happens with a heart attack of the lower or posterior wall of the left ventricle. Another sign of a heart attack may be an attack of shortness of breath. According to the specialist, with an asthmatic variant of a heart attack, there may be no pain in the chest at all, and an attack of shortness of breath can last from several minutes to hours and go away on its own. This case is quite rare.
