Larin is charged under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud committed by an organized group or on an especially large scale or resulting in the deprivation of a citizen's right to housing). It was planned that the meeting would take place at 10:00 Moscow time on Monday. «The meeting was rescheduled for tomorrow at 14:00,» Larin said. According to investigators, Larin deliberately overstated the number of players in the academy in order to receive increased funding.
