President Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to ensure long holidays for Russians who go to war in Ukraine. His press secretary Dmitry Peskov told RIA Novosti about this.
According to Peskov, one of the employees of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations turned to Putin during a trip to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
