MOSCOW, September 7 Extraordinary reporting and election conference of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) ) will be held in Moscow on October 14, the head of the press service of the organization Sergey Averyanov said in the Telegram channel. The decision was made on Wednesday in Moscow during a meeting of the executive committee of the RBU. The current head of the organization, Viktor Maigurov, and vice-president of the RBU, Alexei Nuzhdov, were running for the presidency. 35 delegates voted for Maygurov and 18 for Nuzhdov. Two-thirds of the votes of the delegates were required to win, so a repeat election was required.
