
US Army soldiers. File photoWASHINGTON, Sep 8 The United States continues to expect to deploy its first hypersonic weapon to the U.S. military by the end of 2023, Deputy Secretary of the Army Gabe Camarillo said Wednesday at the Defense News conference.
& #34;I do not expect any delays", Camarillo replied to a question about a possible change in the timing of the supply of hypersonic weapons.
According to him, American military developers have managed to create new weapons systems with «unprecedented speed and efficiency» for a faster delivery to the US Army as part of the modernization program.
