UFA, September 22 The Leninsky court of Ufa will consider the case against the Ufa hockey player on Thursday Vladislav Lukin, accused of giving a bribe to an employee of the military registration and enlistment office in order to evade military service. According to the SUSK of the Russian Federation in Bashkiria, in 2019, through an acquaintance, two students from a Ufa university transferred a bribe to an employee of the military commissariat to release or receive a deferment from service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The amounts of bribes amounted to 170 and 175 thousand rubles. Then the intermediary was arrested, and a criminal case was opened against the bribe givers. On July 8, the criminal case was submitted for consideration to the Leninsky District Court of Ufa, and then it turned out that not two, but three hockey players appeared in the case: Anvar Suleymanov, Vladislav Lukin and Mikhail Vorobyov. There is no official data on how exactly the investigation came to the third athlete. Earlier, the court ruled in the case of hockey player Anvar Suleymanov. The case was reclassified as an article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «attempt to give a bribe.» The athlete was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with probation for 4 years. A little later, the court found Vorobyov guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 2 million rubles in favor of the state. Vorobyov said in court that he was ready to serve in the ranks of the Russian army. The case against the third hockey player, Vladislav Lukin, will be considered by the Leninsky Court of Ufa on September 22.
