MOSCOW, Oct 4 Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKKR) banned to publish lists of candidates for the Russian national team as insider information before their official publication follows from the provision on confidential information on the official website of the FFKKR. According to the regulation, confidential information includes insider information and personal data and should not be transferred to third parties without its written consent owner. The list of insider information, in addition to the list of candidates for the Russian national team, also includes correspondence, telephone conversations and emails, staffing, calendar, information about the statutory activities of the FFKKR and other items. Violation of confidentiality, according to the document, may entail for the federation and its members social, reputational, political, technological, financial risks, as well as damage in the field of security.
