MOSCOW, Oct 6 The International Skating Union (ISU) has tentatively included quotas for Russian athletes to participate in the European Speed Skating Championships in 2023, according to the organization's website. The tournament will be held from January 6 to 8, 2023 in Hamar, Norway. Russia can enter three athletes in the sprint (2 women, 1 man) and five skaters in the all-around (3 women, 2 men). It is noted that due to the suspension, athletes from Russia cannot yet be invited and allowed to participate in international competitions.
