MOSCOW, Oct 9 Russian rider Daniil Kvyat from Team Hezeberg failed drive to the finish line in the third career race in the NASCAR Cup Series, the top division of the American National Stock Car Racing Association. The race takes place at the Charlotte Speedway on Sunday. On lap 17, Kvyat encountered engine problems and drove into the pits. He later withdrew from the competition. Kvyat made his NASCAR debut on July 31 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, when he did not make it to the finish line. In the second race at Watkins Glen on August 21, the Russian driver finished 36th. .
