UN, Oct 10 Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya proposed to the General Assembly (GA) a world organizations to vote in secret mode on the resolution of the West with non-recognition of referendums on the entry of four new regions into the Russian Federation. «We propose to suspend Article 87 of the rules of procedures of the GA in order to hold a secret vote on the submitted draft resolution,» Nebenzya said.
