CICA member states — Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Egypt, Israel, India, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Cambodia, China, Republic of Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait (admitted to the organization as a member on October 13 ), Mongolia, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Sri Lanka. Observer countries are Bangladesh, Belarus, Indonesia, Lebanon, Malaysia, USA, Ukraine, Philippines and Japan. The UN, the OSCE, the League of Arab States, the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic Speaking Countries participate in the CICA.
