MOSCOW, Oct 16 American boxer Deontay Wilder knocked out Finn Robert Helenius in heavyweight fight that took place in New York. The fight ended in the first round. Wilder became a contender for the World Boxing Council (WBC) world title. Wilder won 43 wins (42 by knockout) with two defeats in the professional ring. He suffered both in recent fights against British Tyson Fury. The American heavyweight won the previous victory in November 2019 in a duel against Cuban Luis Ortiz. Helenius is 38 years old, he has 31 wins (20 by knockout) with four defeats. In another fight, American Caleb Plant won by knockout in the ninth round over compatriot Anthony Dirrell in the weight up to 76.2 kg.
