MOSCOW, Oct 17 «Aris» defeated «Apollo» in match 7 -th round of the Cyprus Football Championship. The meeting on the Apollon field ended with a score of 3:0 in favor of the guests. The goals were scored by Russian striker Alexander Kokorin (75th minute), who closed the pass from the right flank, substituting his foot, as well as Floriss Java (89) and Mariusz Stempinski (90 + 5, from the penalty spot). Kokorin, who came out in the starting lineup and was substituted in the 85th minute, celebrating a goal received a yellow card for taking off his shirt. The Russian scored his third goal for Aris. Kokorin was rented by Aris from the Italian Fiorentina, to which he moved in January 2021 from Spartak Moscow. «Aris» with 15 points after seven rounds is in second place in the standings of the championship of Cyprus.
