MOSCOW, Oct 23 Russian figure skaters Annabel Morozova and David Narizhny became the winners of the first stage of the Russian Grand Prix in ice dancing. At the competitions in Moscow, Morozova and Narizhny excelled with a score of 199.57 points. On March 1, the Council of the International Skating Union (ISU) suspended Russian and Belarusian figure skaters, speed skaters and short trackers from participating in international tournaments. In June, the ISU Congress approved this decision, it will remain in effect until further notice.
