Video from the Oval Office of the White House shows the American leader smiling as reporters shout questions. He then looked at one of the reporters with wide eyes and began to move his lips quickly, mimicking attempts to ask him a question. This is far from the first time that Biden, who turns 80 this year, has been noticed strange behavior. In early April, he credited Barack Obama's wife Michelle with the position of vice president, although at that time he held this post himself.
