MOSCOW, Nov. 23 The police filed two protocols against nationalist Dmitry Demushkin on spreading fakes about the Russian army, follows from the file cabinet of the Tverskoy Court of Moscow.

Demushkin himself said that no one officially informed him about them: «Usually, I was first interrogated at the police department, and then taken to court or asked to sign an obligation to appear. There was no such thing that the case ended up in court before the interrogation.»
«I can't even guess what exactly the protocols were drawn up for,» the agency's interlocutor said. According to him, he will not be able to come to court in the next two weeks — he just had knee surgery.
