President Milo Djukanovic has previously refused to sign the first version of the document, which would force him to entrust the formation of the government to political opponent Miodrag Lekic. This time, as in November, 41 out of 81 parliamentarians voted for the revised bill. According to the constitution of Montenegro, Djukanovic will have to sign it.
