MOSCOW, January 10 Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that his German colleague Annalena Berbock became the first foreign minister to visit Kharkov after February 24, negotiations with her lasted three hours.
Earlier, the German Foreign Ministry reported that during an unannounced visit to Kharkiv, Burbock promised Ukraine new arms supplies.
