The Perm Garrison Military Court sentenced contractor Ivan Blinov to two years in prison in the case of leaving his place of service during mobilization or armed conflict (Part 3.1 of Article 337 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the press service of the court.
According to a press release, on September 19, Blinov, «wishing to take a break from service, in order to temporarily evade his duties,» did not appear at the military unit, but went home to Solikamsk . According to the court, the contractor pleaded guilty and repented.
