The draft resolution has been submitted for consideration to the profile committee «on the management of the chamber.»
Since the beginning of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, Zelensky has twice spoken at the Capitol, including in person during a visit to the United States in December, and both times received a triumphant reception from American lawmakers.
