MOSCOW, February 9 Vladimir Zelensky must be brought before an international tribunal after admitting that it was he who decided not to comply with the Minsk agreements, said the head of the constitutional committee of the Federation Council Andrei Klishas.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky admitted in an interview with Spiegel that he had previously told German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron that the Minsk agreements were «impossible» and that he did not plan to implement them.
«Zelensky should be brought to an international tribunal after admitting that it was he who refused to implement the Minsk agreements approved by the UN Security Council, and the US and the EU should impose sanctions on Ukraine,» Klishas wrote in his Telegram channel.
