In the Altai Territory, investigators demanded that universities bring to disciplinary responsibility students who are witnesses in the case of desecration of the Alley of memory of paratroopers in Barnaul. This is reported by Bankfax with reference to the local department of the Investigative Committee.
According to the security forces, the acquaintances of the person involved in the case did not stop his actions and were in a public place, being drunk. Teachers, in turn, believe in the department, allowed such behavior of students. According to the investigators, it is necessary to conduct preventive conversations with employees and students of universities about the need to lead a healthy lifestyle and develop the spirit of patriotism in oneself.
What kind of educational institutions are we talking about is unknown.
Earlier, a criminal case was opened against a 22-year-old resident of Barnaul on the destruction or damage of memorial objects dedicated to persons who defended the fatherland, in order to damage the historical and cultural significance of such objects (part 1 Article 243.4 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, on the night of January 30, a young man broke signs with images of military personnel on the Alley of Memory of Paratroopers.
