In Ulan-Ude, a man fired from a pneumatic pistol from the window at passers-by. This is reported by «Izvestia» with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Buryatia.
The incident occurred on the morning of Friday, March 17th. The police arrived at the place of emergency in the Oktyabrsky district and detained the violator. A weapon was confiscated from him.
It is noted that a 22-year-old native of the Kyakhtinsky district of the republic turned out to be a bully. Previously, he was convicted twice for theft.
