MOSCOW, Mar 16 Individual approach to those who decide to return to Russia from abroad — normal logic, there is nothing new in this, said the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
Earlier, Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev said that it is necessary to create conditions for the return of Russians who left the country to their homeland, without making them opponents of the state. According to the legislator, there should be an individual approach here, since for the most part these people did not commit any irreversible actions, «which would turn them into outcasts, opponents of our state.»
