MOSCOW, Mar 17 Head coach of the Hungarian football club Ferencváros » Stanislav Cherchesov said that next season he wants to reach the 1/8 finals of the Champions League with the team.
Ferencvaros on Thursday lost to the German Bayer (0:2) in the return game of the 1/8 finals of the Europa League (the first match — 0:2) and ended their performance in the tournament.

Cherchesov headed Ferencvaros in December 2021. Prior to that, since August 2016, he worked as the head coach of the Russian national team. Ferencváros leads the Hungarian league table by 11 points.
