«A check was organized based on media reports about vandalism and hooligan actions of a teenager who threw a fire extinguisher into the Eternal Flame of the Park of the 40th Anniversary of Victory memorial complex located in Mozhaisk… examination to establish causal damage to the Mozhaisk city district,» the statement said.
Investigators found that a teenager born in 2011 found a fire extinguisher in the trash and decided to see if it would explode. The boy put the balloon on the burner of the Eternal Flame, after which there was a pop.
