MOSCOW, March 17 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the inclusion of the head of Rossotrudnichestvo Evgeny Primakov in the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Interethnic Relations, the corresponding decree was published on the portal of legal information.
«Introduce the following changes to the composition of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Interethnic Relations… the following changes: include in the composition of the Council the following persons — Evgeniy Alexandrovich Primakov, head of Rossotrudnichestvo,» the document says.
