Two people in Chukotka died as a result of a collision of a snowmobile with a bridge. The website of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia reports about the incident.
According to the agency, two Russians aged 25 and 31 tried to drive under the bridge on an ARCTIC-CAT snowmobile, but the man driving the snowmobile lost control and crashed into span of the bridge.
It is noted that at the time of the accident there were difficult weather conditions in the region.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs also reported that the snowmobile was not registered, and its driver did not have the right to drive this vehicle.
Before the accident, the man was brought to administrative responsibility.
