NALCHIK, March 23 Three people were taken to hospital after an ambulance collided with a foreign car in the city of Georgievsk in the Stavropol Territory, reported the regional traffic police.
«According to preliminary data, at about 11.00 Moscow time on Thursday on the Western Bypass of Georgievsk highway, the driver of a special UAZ vehicle, moving with a flashing beacon and a special sound signal, drove to a regulated intersection at a prohibiting traffic light, not making sure that he was being given way road, and collided with a Kia car, which was moving at a traffic light,» the report says. 
As a result of the accident, the driver and two ambulance passengers — a paramedic and a patient — were taken to the hospital, the severity of their injuries is being specified. Nobody in the car was hurt.
«After the fact of the accident, an investigation is being carried out, the degree of responsibility of its participants is being established,» the agency notes.
