NIZHNY NOVGOROD, Mar 25 Members of the government of Kirovskaya region and the legislative assembly met with fellow countrymen in the zone of a special military operation, the press service of the head of the region reports.
Earlier, Governor of the Kirov Region Alexander Sokolov called on representatives of the legislature and members of the regional government to organize trips to the NVO zone on a permanent basis. In February, the head of the region personally visited the LPR and met with the Vyatka military.
«The head of the Afanasyevsky municipal district, Elena Beleva, met her son in the LPR, who is serving in the NVO zone. there were thoughts about evading military duty, the son left with the first set of mobilized,” the message says.
Foundation «For Vyatka» handed over two vehicles with humanitarian cargo to the commander of the regiment where the Kirov fighters serve. The servicemen thanked the members of the delegation, the fund and the governor for another delivered humanitarian aid. During the trip, they also discussed the delivery of military personnel on vacation to their homeland and back.
It is noted that the Kirov region is establishing parliamentary cooperation with the Lugansk People's Republic. As noted by Roman Beresnev, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov Region, «there are prospects in the economy, in the joint development of industrial potential, the exchange of experience between educational institutions and in matters of lawmaking.»
