MOSCOW, Mar 29 Wildberries marketplace has started to remove from its site products with a rating below 3 out of 5 based on customer reviews, and will also strengthen control over labeling product, the company said.
“The online platform begins to suspend the supply of goods for which customers complain about their poor quality. Also earlier, Wildberries strengthened control over the presence of labeling on goods,” the message says.
It is clarified that the reason for the suspension of the placement of goods will be their average rating based on customer reviews: if the rating of the goods is below 3 out of 5 possible points. At the same time, the removal of restrictions is carried out in the event of an increase in the overall rating of goods from the seller.
The company also explained that such goods will be removed from the platform and returned to the seller, the rest will remain on sale.
