MOSCOW, Mar 31 Russia can use Armed forces to repel and prevent attacks on themselves and their allies, says the new concept of foreign policy. The document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
«Russia can use the Armed Forces to repel and prevent an armed attack on itself and (or) its allies,» the document states.
