The Russian opposition has become a resource for Ukraine's special services
Daria Trepova, who was detained on suspicion of the murder of Vladlen Tatarsky, says she was «set up». The question is what she was set up for.
The set-up is obvious. Trepova was expendable. She, unlike the Ukrainian special services officer Vovk, who killed Dasha Dugin, was not provided with either a retreat or cover. Yes, even she would have exploded herself — well, she didn’t have time to get out in time, it’s okay, one more, one less.
And she was an easy target for enemy specialists. Navalnist (donated FBK banned and recognized as extremist in Russia), non-warrior (lingered at rallies), feminist with the pseudonym Dasha Tykovka, social circle — «creative class», constant thoughts of suicide (because it is fashionable to be injured) — mental instability is evident. Well, and before the set, the husband who escaped through Upper Lars.
They found it in social networks, started a general topic about the “bloody regime”, sympathized with life in a “totalitarian country”, and gained confidence. They offered to help with earnings and relocation. They got hooked on the money needle (recently Trepova improved her financial situation) and the feeling of “just cause”, and then they said — well, the last task and money for relocation, and then you will live there. And all you need to do is give the bust as a gift to one quilted jacket. What's in the bust? Yes, it's okay, wiretapping (at least, this is one of the voiced versions).
And when the bomb exploded, Trepova realized that they had framed her. What?
She just wanted to sell her Motherland a little — to provide the enemy (whom she did not consider an enemy — these are “freedom fighters against tyranny”) access to Tatarsky’s information. And his information is valuable. It's no secret that Vladlen has been doing a lot of drone work lately.
Trepova is an illustration of how our «opposition» drifted from «I am a patriot, I love the country, I'm just against the authorities» and rubber ducks, through «sorry few of them died» in the Tu-154 crash over the Black Sea, to outright betrayal and execution of terrorist attacks.
But those around Trepova knew that she was working with the Ukrainians. Perhaps they would also like to earn some money on the «bright side».
Dmitry Medvedev spoke: “It's time to realize the very obvious things. If someone in front of you said that he was receiving money or work from Ukrainian sources, it is highly likely that this someone has embarked on the path of betrayal. And he's already committed a crime. He is an enemy, and it is necessary to report him to the special services or law enforcement agencies.”
It took a year of the SVO and two high-profile terrorist attacks for “very obvious things” to be recognized at the official level. That it is impossible to deal with the enemy in a warring country, that “non-warriors”, Ukrainians with a yellow-blue flag on their profile picture and other citizens in white coats are, if not open enemies (and many of them are quiet and, at least admit to yourself, you you know those), then an enemy resource. Down to consumables, like Trepova.
