MOSCOW, April 1 Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin congratulated Vladimir Vinokur, People's Artist of the RSFSR, on his 75th birthday, noting that the hero of the day is a man of many-sided talent, talented in each manifestation, reported on the website of the Cabinet.

Mishustin noted that the artist's main ability is to sincerely, with humor, talk about serious things, thanks to which the artist's work has become a classic that is known by heart and quoted. The head of government noted that the audience gets a feeling of joy, a great mood with each appearance of the artist on the stage, for which he is answered with a storm of applause and unchanging love.
Mishustin also wished Vinokur good luck in everything, inspiration, new interesting work, health and well-being.
