At the end of 2022, Bekmansurov filed a lawsuit against the ITU bureau demanding a replacement of the disability group. Today, April 4, in the Sverdlovsk District Court of Perm, the process of this case began. «Assign a forensic medical examination in absentia in a civil case,» Judge Olga Berseneva said in the open part of the meeting.
According to her, a number of questions should be studied during the examination: what violations of the functions of the body Bekmansurov had as of the date of examination in November 2022, what degree of severity they had, with what limitations of life because of this, he came across whether there were grounds for assigning disability, if so, which group.
The examination will be done by the Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise of the Sverdlovsk Region within 30 days. Until its completion, the trial in Perm is suspended.
A forensic source explained that often the second or first category of disability is sought by plaintiffs to increase the pension due to people with this status.
