At about 2 a.m., a young man entered a flower shop that also trades at night. He was obviously very upset about something and began to examine the counter with soft toys. When asked by the seller what he was looking for, the man replied that he had quarreled with his girlfriend and now he needed to buy a good gift in order to make peace. The visitor immediately refused to buy a bouquet of flowers and began to choose a gift among soft toys.
His eyes rested on a huge white teddy bear, which he pulled out of the window to get a closer look. However, when the saleswoman said that this pleasure would cost him 7 thousand rubles, he abandoned this idea. The 53-year-old saleswoman did not manage to put the huge toy back in the window, and she decided to take the bear to the utility room. The buyer followed her in. He locked the door of the utility room with a latch, took out a glass smoking pipe, poured some powder into it and lit it. At the woman's demand to leave the premises, he only grinned and lowered his jeans. He became very aroused from smoking, both sexually and mentally — under the threat of reprisals, the man put the saleswoman on her knees and raped her several times. All this time he continued to smoke and complained about how bad he felt, threatened to commit suicide and kill the flower girl. After the third time, the villain calmed down a little, asked to pour tea for him and let the victim out of the back room. The saleswoman, distraught with fear, ran out into the street and turned to the security guards guarding the residential complex on whose territory the store was located, asking them to take out the inadequate man. When the scoundrel was taken outside, he calmly left the scene of the crime.
The victim of violence did not want to tell anyone about this, but there were video surveillance cameras in the store, including in the back room, which the management views every morning , — the fact of the crime could not be concealed. The seller's boss persuaded her to write a statement to the police.
It was not difficult for law enforcement officers to identify the villain and detain him. The rapist was a 27-year-old local resident. As the police found out, he had already been tried for robbery. A criminal case was initiated against the detainee under the article “Violent acts of a sexual nature”.
