MOSCOW, April 4 ANO «Tsifrovaya ekonomika» will develop the concept of the Technology Leadership Center to support Russian technologies, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko gave this order, the press service reports government.
«Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko held a meeting of founders and a meeting of the Supervisory Board of ANO Tsifrovaya ekonomika at the Coordination Center. Based on the results of the report, Dmitry Chernyshenko instructed ANO Tsifrovaya ekonomika to develop the concept of the Center for Technology Leadership, and implement in pilot mode a project to study markets and the best software import substitution practices in key sectors of the economy,» the report says.
The idea of creating the center was supported by the head of the Ministry of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev. He noted that the center will provide support for domestic technologies, market analytics, international cooperation, assistance in marketing, promotion and replication. «Today, import substitution is one of the key tasks of the state and business is actively involved in this agenda,» Shadayev added.
The Deputy Prime Minister also instructed to organize in December 2023 a forum dedicated to the key achievements of the digital economy sectors in 2023 and development dynamics.
«Jointly we have prepared the White Paper of the Digital Economy — I believe that the project should become an annual event. Please launch an Internet portal by the end of the year, where the main analytical indicators in the areas of the digital economy will be regularly updated, and an electronic version of the White Paper will be posted digital economy books,» Chernyshenko added. According to him, the resource will allow market participants and government agencies to better navigate digitalization trends and make the most informed management decisions.
