MOSCOW, Apr 4How science and art influence each other, tells the new exhibition of the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center. It is organized jointly with the Polytechnic Museum, according to the press service of the project.
The exposition includes six interactive objects and more than 80 works. They cover a time period of 500 years. Among them are the works of Dürer and Rembrandt, Hokusai and Malevich. And the projects of modern masters: Billa Viola, Dmitry Plavinsky and others.

You can also see rare scientific instruments. There is a telescope of the 18th century, a solar microscope of the 19th century, the only recorder that has survived to this day, with the help of which seismic vertical oscillations were recorded.

Another exhibition-satellite is planned in one gallery of the museum. The works of the finalists of the All-Russian open competition in the field of scientific and technological art Science.Technology.Art will be shown there. The artists speculated «about a techno-positive future in the 50 year horizon with two alternative approaches: denial of technology and its acceptance.»
The exhibition «In the Language of Rules and Exceptions. Science and Art» will run until July 2, 2023.
