The Leninsky District Court of Krasnodar imposed seven days of administrative arrest on local resident Roman Lyubimenko because of a performance with a car stylized as an American patrol. This was reported by the joint press service of the courts of the region.
Lubimenko was found guilty of organizing an uncoordinated action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to the court, on the morning of April 4, with the help of a minivan, he brought a car to the building of the regional administration — the car was stylized as an American patrol.
Because of this, Lyubimenko was detained and taken to the police department . At the trial, he could not explain the motives of his act. At the same time, in a video published in the press service of the regional courts, a man is wearing a cap with the letter Z, which is used as a symbol of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
